Nashville, TN breakfast spots and where to kill time?

I will have 3 hours to kill in Nashville. I’ll be headed to the airport but will be arriving at the bus station at 6am.

Anyone from that neck of the woods recommend anything that early?

If never been to Opryland hotel Go eat Bfast buffet there and check the hotel out.

Butter Milk Ranch is good also but more toward West End area
